As a courtesy, our office will file your insurance for you and we accept most major dental insurances. If your insurance requires a deductible, it will be collected at the time of service. For your convenience, Dr. Cicchiello accepts Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Visa.
CareCredit
Our dental office offers zero interest financing through CareCredit, a medical credit card company. CareCredit provides financing for a myriad of medical, dental, cosmetic, and veterinary procedures. If you don’t qualify for zero interest financing or you would like smaller monthly payments over a longer duration, CareCredit also offers extended payment plans.

Membership Benefits:
Initial comprehensive exam, x-rays and Healthy mouth cleaning with Flouride
Six Month check up with exam and Healthy Mouth Cleaning
One emergency exam and x-ray
All dental treatment completed within 12 months of enrollment will be discounted by 20% if paid in full at time of service.
This includes elective cosmetic procedures like teeth whitening, crowns, and veneers.
Annual Cost: Individual Plan: $295
Annual Cost for each additional family member: $199
There’s no ID card, no group nor member number to bring! All your membership information will be kept in your electronic record.
Your effective date is the day you sign up and your renewal date is the same date every year.
IN-HOUSE DISCOUNT PLAN APPLICATION
“The Fine Print”
This is a dental discount plan and is NOT dental insurance.
It CANNOT be combined with any other dental insurance.
It is good ONLY at Satilla Family Dentistry. Therefore, if you are referred to a specialist, they will NOT offer this discount.
Should there be dental treatment needed following any type of injury where a lawsuit and therefore outside medical, car, disability or workman’s comp type insurances are involved, this discounted plan cannot be used.
Non-refundable and Non-transferable
No refunds given if patient chooses not to use their dental plan.
Plan is subject to change yearly
All payments are due AT TIME OF SERVICE to receive the discount. Any services received that are not paid for at the time of service will be billed at the usual, higher fee.
If you choose to extend your payment for treatment by paying through CareCredit, the restorative treatment discount is reduced to 10% due to merchant fees.
This offer cannot be combined with any other offers.
Plan fees are valid only when paid at time of enrollment.
